Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is part of the experience. You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery if the product is sealed in its original packaging and unused.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we replace it at our cost; send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the product.
